This is an exciting opportunity for an individual who wants to further their career in Finance. With a Financial Diploma or Matric with 10 years working experience, this could be your next dream job!!!

Responsibilities:

Manage entire creditors function, ensure accurate and timeous processing of supplier invoices and payments
Check supplier invoices against purchase orders and delivery notes
Produce and action supplier recons and resolve any discrepancies
Verify compliance with company policies and internal creditors controls
Keep accurate supplier records and check that all documentation are correctly filed
Liaise with suppliers regarding queries, outstanding payments, and statement recons
Load supplier payments on banking platform for verification
Process and reconcile creditor payments, ensure all payments are allocated correctly
Maintain correct authorization and supporting documents for all payments
Capture payments daily on bank statement
Process and reconcile petty cash transactions, ensure payments are correctly supported
Capture and reconcile fleet card transactions
Process and reconcile business credit card transactions, ensure supporting documents are attached
Resolve card transactions discrepancies
Process stock-related invoices, ensure correct allocations and approvals
Help with stock-related reconcs and discrepancies
Help with month-end and year-end closing processes
Support finance team with general ledger recons and journal processing
Produce reports and provide financial analysis as required
Maintain financial records complying with company policies and regulatory requirements

Requirements:

Qualification: Financial Diploma, Matric
Minimum of 10 years experience in a similar role handling creditors, payments, and recons
Experience with Sage Evolution, strong Excel skills and banking platforms
High attention to detail, accuracy
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
