FINANCE DEPARTMENT POSITIONS
Assistant Accountant
Salary package: CTC R20 000,00 pm

JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • 3 years’ experience as an assistant accountant
  • Accounting qualification or part thereof or significant relevant accounting experience
  • Relevant experience in general accounting tasks specifically Debtors, Creditors and Cash Book
  • Experience with balance sheet reconciliations; Control account recon
  • Inventory control account recon with value list report; stock file & Inventory accrual recon
  • Accrual accounting knowledge and understanding
  • Understanding balance sheet accounting
  • Medium level Excel skills
  • Accuracy and attention to detail
  • Ability to work unsupervised
  • Assistant to Accountant on balance sheet recons and fulfil Accountant duties when Accountant on leave
