POSITION INFO:
The Assistant Aesthetic Clinic Manager plays a key role in overseeing the day-to-day operations of the clinic, ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow while supporting both staff and patient needs. This position requires a dynamic individual with leadership abilities, exceptional organizational skills, and a strong understanding of aesthetic treatments. The Assistant Manager will work closely with the Clinic Manager and other team members to maintain high standards of patient care, service excellence, and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:

Clinic Operations Management:
- Assist in overseeing daily clinic operations, ensuring that all services are delivered smoothly and efficiently.
- Help with scheduling appointments, managing patient flow, and ensuring that the clinic operates within designated hours.
- Ensure the clinic is clean, organized, and adheres to health and safety regulations.

Team Leadership and Staff Support:
- Assist in supervising, training, and supporting clinic staff, including nurses, aestheticians, and receptionists.
- Provide guidance and support to team members in delivering excellent patient care and service.
- Assist in managing staff schedules and ensuring adequate coverage during peak hours.

Patient Care and Client Satisfaction:
- Ensure high-quality service and care for patients, handling patient inquiries and concerns professionally.
- Provide assistance to patients, ensuring they are informed about treatment options, aftercare, and expected outcomes.

Financial and Inventory Management:
- Help oversee clinic finances, including monitoring expenses and tracking revenue to meet budget goals.
- Assist with managing inventory, including ordering and restocking medical supplies and skincare products.

- Support marketing initiatives and campaigns to attract new clients and retain existing ones.

- Assist in ensuring the clinic adheres to all local, state, and federal health and safety regulations.

Qualifications:

Education:
- A relevant degree in business administration, healthcare management, or a related field (preferred).
- Certifications or training in aesthetic treatments or beauty management (desirable but not required).

Experience:
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a managerial or supervisory role within a healthcare, aesthetics, or beauty clinic environment.
- Previous experience in aesthetic treatments, skincare, or dermatology is a plus.
