Assistant Bar Manager | Qatar | Luxury Hotel Brand

We are looking for experienced ASSISTANT BAR MANAGER to join the F&B Team of a well-known luxury hotel brand located in Doha, Qatar.

Main Duties

• Ensuring that the bar is well stocked
• Ensuring that the staff such as bartenders and waiters are well trained in their jobs
• Deal with customers in times of trouble and ensure that order prevails
• Solve customer problems
• Making training arrangement for new staff
• Keep track of daily income and expense of the bar
• Ensure safety measures of the bar
• Play an active role in administration activities
• Maintain standards of the bar as per state regulations

Qualifications and skills required:

• Hospitality qualification
• At least 2 years of experience in similar position.
• Good interpersonal skills.
• Teamwork skills.
• Administration skills.
• A pleasing personality
• Excellent management abilities
• A good knowledge about working and operations of the bar
• Thorough knowledge regarding state specifications for running a bar

Start: ASAP, subject to visa
