POSITION INFO:

A fantastic opportunity awaits for a Compliance Assistant Manager to join a fast-paced team in the banking sector. This role is ideal for someone eager to bridge the gap between teams and Head Office, ensuring smooth communication and compliance in every task.

Responsibilities:

Serve as a liaison between Head Office and internal teams, facilitating clear communication and task coordination
Translate Head Office communications into actionable tasks with clear instructions and deadlines
Maintain a task tracker to monitor team progress and ensure deadlines are met
Collect, collate, and translate data from teams for submission to Head Office or other internal departments
Ensure accurate data entry in bank systems, adhering to compliance guidelines
Support ad-hoc projects or tasks as required by management

Requirements:

Bachelor''''s Degree or Diploma in a relevant field
At least 1 year of banking experience is preferred
Proficiency in English and Mandarin (essential)
Attention to detail with strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
