POSITION INFO:
Key Responsibilities:

1. Assist in the day-to-day management of the macadamia farming operations.
2. Support the Farm Manager in overseeing planting, harvesting, and general maintenance.
3. Ensure compliance with all farming protocols and standards.
4. Liaise with farm workers and ensure smooth workflow.
5. Monitor and report on farm activities and progress.
