POSITION INFO:
Requirements:

• Must be qualified as a CA(SA).
• Experience: 2-5 years post articles.
• Must have commercial experience.
• Own transport.
• Must be prepared to work overtime when required.

• Ensure that all data input is performed correctly and accurately.
• Timeous processing of all transactions.
• Ensure compliance to accounting standards (IFRS).
• Preparation of monthly management Accounts.
• Timeous completion of financial and management reports.
• Assist with drafting of company annual financial statements.
• Ensure compliance with statutory requirements.
• Cash Flow Management.
• Complete year-end schedules for company auditors.
• Work closely with and assist auditors.
• Resolve accounting discrepancies and irregularities.
• Maintain complete, accurate and up to date files of working papers to support the figures recorded in the monthly management and year-end accounts.
• Assist with Budget preparation.
• Provide support to the Financial Manager.
• Develop and sustain good working relationships within the accounting function and all other relevant departments / external stakeholders.
• Be available to provide assistance to subordinates regarding the finances, systems and procedures of the organization.
