SUMMARY:
Staff Connection is recruiting for an Assistant FOM for a beautiful hotel in the northern suburbs.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

SA Citizen
Qualification in hospitality
Responsible for room rate audits
Coordinating general reception duties of reception staff
Supervising and leading reception shifts
Control and monitor all non guest, AR and direct bill accounts
Following up on payments from guests
Ensure the comfort of all guests
Resolution of guest problems
Monitoring in house account balances, payments and deposits
Overseeing and supervising reception banking
Weekly float audits

Candidates must be able to:

Work shifts
Present contactable references
Minimum 4yrs experience in an assistant FOM role within a 4-5* environment
