Assistant Manager

SUMMARY:
A Luxury Tented Camp is looking for an ASSISTANT MANAGER.

POSITION INFO:
Candidate Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years managerial experience working in a 4 or 5 star camp
• A qualification in Hospitality Management would be highly advantageous
• Must be able to stand in for Lodge Manager when they are not on duty
• Must be able to assist in all areas of camp management 
• Passionate about creating memorable guest experiences
• Must have exceptional hosting skills and be guest-centric
• Ability to manage staff and different departments
• Must have good communication and interpersonal skills
• Should have good computer and administration skills
