SUMMARY:
Our client is looking for an Assistant Manager, Engineer for 7 months contract for to be based in Lephalale. 

PURPOSE:
- To direct and co-ordinate operational aspects through project life cycles to ensure optimum performance according to Life of Mine, business requirements, organizational objectives and sound engineering practice.

- To provide support to Manager, Engineering to optimize performance of equipment through operational and maintenance processes, methods and technology of assets.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Major Challenges:

Ensurring operational readiness related to projects

Qualifications Required :

  • B Eng Electrical Engineering (Essential / Minimum or)
  • B Eng Mechanical Engineering (Essential/ Minimum or)
  • B Tech Mechanical Engineering (Essential / Minimum or)
  • B Tech Electrical Engineering (Essential / Minimum)
  • Government Certificate of Competence : Engineering(Essential / Minimum)
  • Management Development Programme (Essential / Minimum)

Experience Required:

  • 6-8 years  relevant plant production , operational and maintenance experience , Project Management , design and development experince with coal underground or surface experience
