SUMMARY:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Assistant Recruitment Consultant who is keen and eager to learn and develop in the recruitment industry. The Assistant Recruitment Consultant will support the recruitment process by engaging with candidates and shortlisting suitably qualified candidates for the role. This role is ideal for someone looking to develop their career in recruitment and gain hands-on experience in a dynamic and fast-paced environment within a well established recruitment agency.

POSITION INFO:
Skills and Qualifications:
Matric and 2 years recruitment industry working experience
A keen interest and passion for the recruitment industry
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to work with Junior and Senior level candidates
Ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Good interpersonal skills and ability to work as part of a successful team
 
Key responsibilities :
 
Candidates Interaction
Screen resumes for relevant skills and qualification
Contact candidates and conduct the initial screening process, telephonically
Obtain all relevant documentation required from candidates, via email

Shortlist Suitable Candidates
Book, arrange and attend to interviews with candidates
Conduct thorough questioning and screening process
Finalise candidate CV in preparation for client submission
Coordinate interview schedules between clients and candidates
Conduct thorough reference checks
Manage the candidate process from start to finish

Assist with Sourcing & Screening when required:
Utilize job boards, databases, social media and networking to source suitable candidates.

Administrative Support:
Manage candidate data in the recruitment database, ensuring accuracy

Offer Management:
Assist with the preparation and presentation of job offers to candidates
Maintain strong relationships with candidates to ensure a positive recruitment experience
