Assistant Residence Manager

SUMMARY:

POSITION INFO:

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the overall management of the residence
• Facilities management
• Supervise residence staff and handle tenant concerns
• Intake process
• Ensure compliance with residence policies and procedures
• Coordinate and oversee residence events and activities
• Contribute to creating a positive living environment for residents

Qualifications:

• Local SA citizen
• Degree in Property Administration or similar discipline
• Min 5yrs experience within property | facilities management
• Excellent computer literacy
• Working knowledge of OHS legislation 
• Excellent application of Basic Conditions of Employment Act
