SUMMARY:
Assistant Restaurant Manager - George

Fabulous Restaurant Group is looking for a dynamic, well-presented and well-spoken young lady to join their one restaurant based in George.
The ideal candidate must be flexible and be able to work day and / or night shift,Â

Duties and Responsibilities include but not limited to:

Assist with opening / closing of the restaurant
Oversee all housekeeping duties through service / public areas, table clearing, etc.
Assist with stock count on the bars
Ordering stock under the direction of the restaurant manager
Answer phones and take bookings
Meet and greet guests
General restaurant administration

POSITION INFO:
Qualifications:

Matric coupled with hospitality / F&B Certificate would be advantageous
Fluent in English and Afrikaans
Fully computer literate - MS Office Suite (intermediate)
Valid Driver's license and own reliable vehicle
2 years' experience in a similar role
