POSITION INFO:
Minimum requirements:

• Matric Certificate 
• 3 years experience in a supervisory or Assistant Manager role in the restaurant or hospitality industry
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to lead and motivate a team to deliver excellent customer service
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
• Knowledge of restaurant management software and POS systems is a plus
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
• Valid drivers licence and own vehicle 
• Key Responsibilities:
  
  • Assist the Restaurant Manager in overseeing the daily operations to ensure smooth service and a positive guest experience
  • Supervise, train, and support restaurant staff to ensure high-quality service
  • Help manage inventory and assist with ordering supplies
  • Ensure that all restaurant policies, procedures, and standards are consistently followed
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve concerns in a professional and efficient manner
  • Assist with budgeting, financial tracking, and cost control efforts
  • Support the Restaurant Manager in maintaining health, safety, and sanitation compliance
