Our client, a leading wholesale retail liquor franchise, is seeking a customer focused Assistant Retail Manager to join their team. This position will suit an individual with good management, organizational and interpersonal skills.

Duties and Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day store operations to ensure smooth functioning and exceptional customer service.
- Monitor stock levels, manage inventory, and ensure product availability to meet customer demand.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets and maximize profitability.
- Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Plan and execute in-store promotions, merchandising, and marketing campaigns
Minimum Requirements
- Matric
- 1-3 years of retail experiencer preferably in the retail liquor industry
- Previous experience in a supervisory or management role
- MS Office and PC literate
- Strong knowledge of liquor laws, regulations, and responsible alcohol sales.
- Understanding of inventory management and stock control.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure effectively
