SUMMARY:
Purpose of the position: Provide a support function to the Consumer Products Sales team and Sales Manager.

POSITION INFO:

Assistant to Sales Team/Sales Coordinator

Area: Kempton Park, Gauteng

Package: Basic salary negotiable up to R20000 plus medical aid, provident fund

Purpose of the position: Provide a support function to the Consumer Products Sales team and Sales Manager.

Key performance areas:

• Proficient with Syspro - sales related functions which include but not limited to:

• Checking of stock levels

• Running reports on QlikView – dailyweeklymonthly

• Contract pricing inputs. Capture and update contract pricing- as required.

• Maintain communication with internal and external sales.

• Compiling presentations - PowerPoint

• Daily sales reports for Reps & manager.

• Monthly sales reviews.

• Advanced excel required – v lookormulations etc.

• Minutes as and when required.

Education; Skills & Experience:

• Minimum Grade 12

• Microsoft office

• Advanced excel.

• PowerPoint

• Administration skills

• Syspro

• Very good communication skills, both verbal and written

• Customer-centric

• Teamwork and collaboration

•Presentation skills

•Report writing skills and good administration skills.
