Audit Supervisor 
Durbanville - Western Cape 
Salary: R33 000 CTC

POSITION INFO:
Minimum requirements:

• Mentoring of trainees
• Manage and control staff allocations on audit projects
• Ensure completion and finalisation of audits
• Building of effective relationships with clients and staff
• Perform review of audit sections
• Participate in the planning and execution of audit engagements for a diverse range of clients
• Plan and perform substantive audit procedures and control testing on audit engagements  
• Document audit procedures, findings, and recommendations in accordance with ISA and firm policies
• Engage with clients to obtain an understanding of their business processes and financial reporting systems
• Stay abreast of changes in accounting standards and regulations to ensure compliance of work performed
• Perform analytical and other required procedures for Independent Review engagements
• Perform analytical and other required procedures for Compilation engagements
• Prepare financial statements
• Review and assist with the preparation of tax returns for individuals, trusts, community schemes, NGO’s, sport federations and companies
• Plan and lead a group audit engagement
• Perform assurance procedures on Property Practitioners trust accounts in accordance with the procedures set out by the PPRA
• Perform assurance procedures on Legal Practitioners trust accounts in accordance with the procedures set out by the LPC
