Key duties :
Handle incoming calls from clients and Brokers then log cases
Register windscreen claims
Validate client’s policy
Contact client to confirm vehicle and personal details
Source client’s vehicle glass to be replaced
Dispatch appointments
Follow ups with clients, technicians and branch administrators
Handle queries and complaints from clients, key clients and brokers
Good communication skills (both verbal and writing)
