Our client, in Bryanston is looking for a vibrant and positive candidate to perform the vital function of a booking clerk.

Remuneration:
R 10 000 per month

POSITION INFO:
Duties include

• Manage daily bookings for the workshop.
• Monitor and assess the capacity of the workshop to optimize scheduling.
• Open job cards for each repair or maintenance task.
• Assist with parts counter collection for workshop parts.
• Perform costing of accounts and cash work cards to ensure accuracy.
• Liaise with technicians to coordinate and track repair progress.
• Communicate with clients regarding repairs and conduct follow-up calls to maintain service quality.
• Stand in for the Warranty Clerk and Service Advisors during their absence (training provided as necessary).
• Handle all general administrative duties for the workshop and/or service department.
• Perform any additional or reasonable duties as assigned by management.

• Matric (Grade 12)
• Prior administration experience, preferably within a workshop/service department
• PC Literate – Evolve experience
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Reside within the Gauteng Northern Suburbs or nearby
