JOB DESCRIPTION:

Do you have Bookkeeping experience within the motor industry? We have a new opportunity for you.

Duties include: 

  • Using documents such as sales slips, invoices, receipts, check stubs and computer printouts to verify, allocate and post details of business transactions to accounts in appropriate ledgers or computer files.
  • Completes records to trial balance.
  • Reconciles and balances accounts.
  • Compiles reports to the Financial manager

Requirements:

  • Bachelors Degree or similar qualification
  • Minimum of 3 years experience as Bookkeeper within the Automotive industry
  • Experience working in a vehicle dealership with brands like Kia, Ford, Hyundai, VW etc.
  • Experience working on systems like Kerridge, Autoline, Automate etc.
  • Attention to detail and excellent numerical skills
  • Clean criminal record and clean ITC record
