Job description

As the parts administrator you will require to do the following:

• Responsible for all administration of the parts department together with Parts Manager
• Attend to daily debtors and banking received
• Must maintain high level of accuracy and double check oneself
• Attending to finance related queries and issues
• Attend to Debtors and Creditors function including reconciling accounts, resolving queries with branch accountant
• Daily Reporting to Dealer Principal
• Assist with HR and payroll with attendance registers and overtime schedules
• Responsible for keeping track of inventory, and ordering and purchasing parts for customers.
• Issuing of all sublet orders and stock request
• Assist to coordinate picking up or delivery of parts from one factory to another or to clients
• Some of your responsibilities may include dealing with warranty claims and processing returns of all internal reconditioned components
• Your duties may include administrative tasks such as billing and crediting customers
• Answering phone calls and responding to emails, and resolving any customer complaints
• Reporting discrepancies
