The ideal candidate will bring a solid background in fleet sales, a strong network within the motor industry, and the ability to thrive in a high-pressure, corporate environment. This role requires a strategic thinker with exceptional negotiation and relationship-building skills who can lead a team to achieve ambitious sales goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement effective corporate sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
• Manage key accounts, building and maintaining strong relationships with large corporate clients across diverse industries.
• Lead, motivate, and support the sales team to consistently meet targets and deliver results.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
• Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts for management review.
