SUMMARY:
New vacancy is available. Our client in the Automotive Industry is seeking an Automotive Estimations Administrator in their Estimations department. Role is based in Gqeberha.

POSITION INFO:
Duties:

• Creating and configuring of MS Excel sheets relating to project offers.
• Creating and updating of MS Word documents relating to project offers.
• Liaising with suppliers to obtain quotes required for project offers.
• Liaising with engineers and project teams to obtain information from site inspections
• Creating and co-ordinating project handover documentation.
• Assisting with the creation of MS Excel spreadsheets to improve the efficiency of project costings and offers.
• Keeping file structures up to date.
• Adhoc tasks

• High degree in computer literacy in MS Office.
• Excellent MS Excel and Word skills.
• Very good verbal and written communication skills.
• Pro-active work ethic
• Willingness to learn and grow.
• Excellent organisational and time management skills.
