POSITION INFO:

We are looking for an Automotive Estimations Administrator based in Gqeberha.

Take on challenging tasks:

• Creating and configuring of MS Excel sheets relating to
  project offers.
• Creating and updating of MS Word documents relating to
  project offers.
• Liaising with suppliers to obtain quotes required for
  project offers.
• Liaising with engineers and project teams to obtain
  information from site inspections.
• Creating and coordinating project handover
  documentation.
• Assisting with the creation of MS Excel spreadsheets
  to improve the efficiency of project costings and
  offers.
• Keeping file structures up to date.
• Ad hoc tasks

Your skills:

• High degree in computer literacy in MS Office
• Excellent MS Excel and Word skills
• Very good verbal and written communication skills
• Pro-active work ethic
• Willingness to learn and grow
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Excellent attention to detail
• Goal driven
