Job Description

• Handling of customer complaints or enquiries through the technical support team
• Testing and fault finding of the battery range
• Interpret and analyse data from inverters
• Removing and dissembling cells and BMS assembly , internal busbars.
• Inspecting batteries for defects
• Test condition, using voltmeter, multimeter, tools.
• Securing the busbar mechanism or attaching assemblies, using bolts or welds.
• Installing recharged or repaired battery or cells, using hand tools.
• Installing and setting up batteries in the field.
• Balancing batteries, physical and electrical cell realignment.
• Battery quality testing prior to delivery.

Qualifications

• Any relevant Diploma or Certificate

Skills

• Experience with lithium battery installations, testing and fault finding of the batteries.
• Lithium battery and DV system understanding
• Battery and BMS  investigative skills - Lithium
• Must have your own car - must be a bakkie

Salary / Package

R18K - R20K
