SUMMARY:
Belfast/ Carolina area – Mpumalanga: Our client is looking for a Beef Backgrounding Farm Manager to join the team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the grouping and acclimatization of the animals prior to entry into the feedlot.

Only candidates with the relevant experience will be considered.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

Agricultural Diploma/Degree advantageous
At least 3 years’ experience with beef farming (all aspects) operation
Previous pasture management experience essential
Strong stockmanship and passion for animals
Computer literate
Maintenance orientated
Strong management and communication skills
Passionate, energetic, pro-active and independent
Ability to speak Swati or Zulu
Valid driver’s license
