BIM Specialist

SUMMARY:
Are you passionate about Building Information Modelling (BIM) and looking to take your expertise to the next level? A leading firm is seeking a BIM Specialist to drive BIM implementation, coordinate multidisciplinary teams, and enhance workflow efficiency.

POSITION INFO:

• BSc/Beng/BTech in Architecture/Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 3 years in the role of BIM Coordinator for Architectural stages 1 to 5.
• Minimum 5 years'' experience working for an architectural company/firm.
• Minimum 1 year as direct support to a Project Manager or Project Leader.
• Proven experience as a BIM Coordinator in construction or design of projects.
• Strong understanding of BIM standards and protocols.
• Familiarity with local and international BIM regulations.
• Proficiency in BIM related software (Required): Extensive experience in Autodesk Revit, Autodesk AutoCAD, Autodesk Navisworks Manage, Autodesk Build Collaborate Pro, Autodesk Build and BIM 360.
• Proficiency in BIM related Revit Add-ons and software (preferred):, Autodesk Formlt, DiRoots, Autodesk Interoperability Tools, PyRevit, Twenty-Two, Spatial Elements, BIM CTC Suite and CodeBook.
• Oversee the implementation of BIM processes across multiple projects.
• Develop and enforce BIM standards, protocols, and execution plans.
• Provide training and support to project teams, ensuring model integrity.
• Facilitate design collaboration and BIM coordination meetings.
• Manage and maintain Revit content libraries and software tools.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align BIM objectives with project goals.
