Job Description

Reporting to the CFO. You will be responsible for:

• Daily supervision of Depot administration team
• Managing the payment process of invoices for rent and handling fees
• Planning monthly and year end stock takes for all depots
• Reconciling stock counts to system stock and investigate variances
• Arranging monthly feedback meeting
• Daily oversight on clearing stock in transit and billing error reports
• Build good working relationships with warehouse managers, support functions, agents, etc
• Matching delivery slips with supplier invoices
• Identifying any visual damages and report to the agent’s/depot manager
• Speedily addressing any ad-hoc requests relating to Depots (i.e. stock losses, insurance related queries, claims and recoveries from Agents)
• Reviewing suppliers regularly to ensure best value and submit proposals for inclusion or removal to the procurement team
• Liaise with the customers, prioritize breakdowns and liaise with agents & depot administrators
• Processing manual paperwork when necessary

Qualifications

• Relevant Diploma or Degree

Skills

• At least 3 years sales/ depot environment
• SAP, excel and word
• Managerial skills
