Job Description

Reporting to the HR and Payroll Coordinator. You will be responsible for:

• Lead generation and prospecting
• Lead generation through referrals
• Responsible for the growth of new and current business
• Scheduling and executing training at customer sites and provide regular follow up and refresher training to customers as required
• Ensuring all customers are adequately stocked at all times
• Providing Management with weekly progress reports
• Planning and executing visits to all existing accounts in the territory on a regular basis
• Identifying, communicating and helping resolve any service issues or customer complaints
• Developing close working relationship with customers
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Relevant B Degree / tertiary qualification or an acceptable combination of education and experience
• Driver’s license and own reliable vehicle

Skills

• 3 to 5 years'' strategic leadership experience in the hotel & catering service industry
• Building and Maintaining client relationships
