POSITION INFO:
Minimum requirements:

• Grade 12 essential, with a tertiary qualification beneficial
• At least five years relevant experience in similar role
• Understanding of the Conveyancing process
• Familiar with FNB requirements
• Working experience on Legal Suite | AJS would be an advantage
• Capture files from Inception
• Request FICA documents from clients and inform them of special conditions (Life | Borrowers)
• Upload FICA documents on E-vault via Legal Suite
• Life | Borrowers – Complete necessary process
• Arrange appointments for clients
• Assist to draft documents for Balwin (Natural persons)
• After signature: Assemble packs, guarantees to be issued, documents to be signed obo bank
• Follow-up on outstanding FICA (if applicable)
• Insurance – Request, obtain and check
• Print building documents
• Upload on DocEx : - Natural + Entities - Manual documents and FICA
• Request of final inspections
• Preparing docs for Lodgment
• Preparing of covers and loading on law
• Preparation of registrations
• Update AJS with financials
• Update internal reports on Legal Suite
• Teamplayer who is comfortable with taking instructions
• Ability to work under pressure | high work volumes
• Eye for detail
• Flexibility to attend to additional instructions on short notice
