POSITION INFO:
Minimum requirements:

• Process and record all payments and receipts on Pastel (tri-weekly)
• Complete payroll schedules, secure approvals, and load payments for release before the 25th of each month
• Perform month-end tasks, including petty cash balancing, credit card reconciliations, and final bank reconciliations
• Prepare supplier recons, secure approvals, and ensure timely payment processing
• Maintain accurate financial records, including interest schedules, asset registers, and stock balances
• Process and approve supplier GRNs, invoices, and foreign costings
• Manage credit applications, perform credit checks, and open new customer accounts
• Oversee purchase orders, delivery schedules, invoicing, and signed delivery note management
• Support audits, update import summaries, and respond promptly to customer and supplier queries
