SUMMARY:
Underberg Area – KwaZulu-Natal: Our client is looking for a Bookkeeper/ PA/ Active Administrator to join the team.
This is a ‘LIVE OUT’ position, so the successful candidate will have to live in or around Underberg/Himeville. There is potential to live on the farm, but this would come after a year probation period. The candidate will use a company vehicle for any internal work.
POSITION INFO:
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
- Grade 12 with relevant bookkeeping certificates or qualifications
- Proven bookkeeping experience up to trial balance
- Ability to submit VAT, EMP 201 & EMP 501
- EE reporting
- Assistance with sustainability audits
- Experience using Excel, Sage/Pastel and Pastel payroll
- Sales and invoicing experience
- Monthly reconciling various accounts and reporting thereof
- Must be able to work independently as well as in a team environment
- General Administration skills
- Computer literacy ESSENTIAL
- Deadline driven
- Excellent written & verbal communication skills
- Extremely organised and structured.
- Valid driver’s license and own vehicle
