POSITION INFO:

EVENTS COORDINATOR

Marketing

Accountable for quality, standards, service and desired outputs within inter-related functional areas of responsibility. May be responsible for work of others. This role will work with various closely related concrete variables, requiring an understanding of the theory or practices underpinning inter-related functional processes.

Job Purpose

The purpose of this role is to ensure that all internal and external events are efficiently and successfully planned, coordinated and executed on. The role will be responsible to liaise with various internal and external stakeholders to coordinate the requirements of farious company events.

Key Accountabilities and Outputs

Events Planning and Coordination

Liaise with relevant internal stakeholders to fully understand event requirements

Successfully plan, coordinate and run all internal and external events in a timely and cost efficient manner

Negotiate and reach favourable agreements with subcontractors around venue booking, catering, design and printing of promotional materials, etc

Ensure events are planned and carried out in line with the Beverage Company Brand guidelines, policies and procedures

General Operational Contributions

Ensure Adherence to all applicable Safety, Health, Environment and Quality Standards
