Knowledge on how to login BTS & basic troubleshooting skills /configurations

Alarm handling, resolution and replacement of faulty parts

Fault escalating to first level/second level and updating NOC

Troubleshooting / Replacement of Equipment/Nodes/ cable/connectors etc.

Clearing VSWR and all other antenna/feeder/connector related faults and performance degradations (use site master to determine the problems)

Verify whether equipment is running normally, whether power supply is normal and whether any alarm is present on the Nodes / Devices.

Verify the existence of external alarms with the assistance from the Network Surveillance team.

Maintenance of Indoor Units (i.e. BBU) - Indoor Units/Maintenance of Outdoor Units (i.e. RRU) - Outdoor Units.

Able to prepare RF/IF Connecters

All EHS Certificates is required (First Aid, Fire Fighting,HIRA ext)
