SUMMARY:
We are looking for a BU Administrator with maximum 2 years experience to provide administrative support and assistance to Manager and staff within the Respective Business Unit.  This is a remote role.

  • Proficient Microsoft Office experience is required
  • Administration and Management — Knowledge of business and management principles involved in planning, resource allocation, human resources, and coordination of people and resources.
  • Diary Management experience is required
  • English Language — Knowledge of the structure and content of the English language including the meaning and spelling of words, rules of composition, and grammar.
  • Clerical — Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures and systems such as word processing, managing files and records, designing forms, and other office procedures and terminology.
  • Processing Information — Compiling, coding, categorizing, calculating, tabulating, auditing, or verifying information or data.
Other experience:  1- 2 years
  • Economics and Accounting — Knowledge of economic and accounting principles and practices, and the analysis and reporting of financial data.
  • Mathematics — Knowledge of arithmetic, algebra, geometry, calculus, statistics, and their applications.
  • Customer and Personal Service — Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services. This includes customer needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of customer satisfaction.
