Bakery Manager

Applicants require a suitable qualification or formal training coupled with experience in baking ranging from bread, bread rolls, savoury rolls, confectionary, gourmet confectionary lines, scones amongst other bakery recipes.

Responsibilities:

• Managing department inventory
• Keep tabs on stock cost, maintain shrinkage and wastage
• Follow Company sales and production planning standards to ensure the department achieves the standards of performance outlined
• Bakery safety techniques and health standards are maintained
• Maintain existing recipes according to set standards
• New recipe standards

Requirements:

• Grade 12
• 7-10 years experience working as a Bakery Manager
• Attention to detail
• Leadership Skills
• Management Skills
• Good communication skills
