POSITION INFO:
Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the planning, organization, and execution of all banqueting events, ensuring a seamless and exceptional guest experience.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their event requirements and offer tailored solutions to exceed expectations.
• Manage the setup, service, and breakdown of all banquets, ensuring the highest standards of service and presentation.
• Coordinate with the kitchen, bar, and service teams to ensure smooth operations during events.
• Lead and motivate the banqueting staff, providing training and support to maintain a high standard of service.
• Maintain inventory and manage event equipment, ensuring all items are in excellent condition and available for use.
• Handle guest feedback and resolve any issues promptly to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Manage budgets, ensure cost control, and monitor financial performance for all banqueting functions.

• Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years' experience as a Banqueting Manager or similar role in a luxury lodge, hotel, or fine dining establishment.
• Skills: Strong leadership and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple events simultaneously.
• Knowledge: Thorough understanding of banqueting operations, event coordination, and luxury service standards.
• Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with clients, staff, and various departments.
• Attention to Detail: A keen eye for detail to ensure the perfect execution of every event, from start to finish.
