Bar Manager

Our client, an upmarket restaurant and function/lounge is currently looking to employ a Bar Manager.

Responsibilities:

• Must have the ability to stand in for GM.
• Ability to manage a restaurant bar.
• Function bar i.e. digitot system bar control of stocks- stock takes , control order par level, manage shift rosters.
• Understanding of cocktails beneficial.
• Individual must be prepared to work evening / weekend as the the environment demands it.
• Must have a passion for restaurant industry and people – likable nature .
• Must be have organisational and planning ability.
• Experience in maintaining costing.
• 5-7 years experience as bar manager/ in industry.
