SUMMARY:
We are seeking a skilled and passionate Barman/Barista to join our team. The ideal candidate is experienced in crafting exceptional cocktails and coffee beverages, delivering outstanding customer service, and contributing to an inviting and dynamic bar atmosphere.
POSITION INFO:
Key Responsibilities:
Cocktail Preparation:
o Expertly prepare and serve a wide range of classic and signature cocktails.
o Create new and innovative cocktail recipes to enhance our beverage offerings.
o Maintain a well-organized and stocked bar, including proper storage of spirits, mixers, and garnishes.
Coffee Preparation:
o Brew high-quality coffee beverages, including espressos, lattes, cappuccinos, and specialty drinks.
o Ensure proper calibration and maintenance of coffee machines and grinders.
o Stay up to date with current coffee trends and techniques.
Customer Service:
o Provide a warm, friendly, and engaging experience for all guests.
o Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally and promptly.
o Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless service.
Bar Maintenance:
o Adhere to hygiene and safety standards, ensuring cleanliness of the bar and workstations.
o Monitor inventory levels and assist with restocking and inventory management.
o Follow company policies and procedures, including responsible serving of alcohol.
Key Requirements:
- Proven experience as a barman and/or barista in a high-paced environment.
- Strong knowledge of cocktails, spirits, coffee brewing techniques, and latte art.
- Excellent multitasking, organizational, and time-management skills.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- A proactive attitude and ability to work well under pressure.
- Certification in mixology or barista training is a plus.
