Main Responsibilities:
- Expertly prepare and serve a wide variety of beverages, including cocktails and specialty drinks.
- Engage with guests to take orders and provide impeccable service, including presenting and serving snacks.
- Understand guests'' preferences and provide tailored recommendations for an unforgettable experience.
- Develop and present innovative bar menus, demonstrating creativity and expertise in mixology.
- Manage and replenish bar inventory efficiently to ensure smooth operations.
- Uphold excellence in guest experience, fostering a warm and welcoming environment.
- Maintain strict food safety regulations and spotless hygiene standards in all bar areas.
- Ensure the quality, presentation, and temperature of drinks meet exceptional standards.
- Set up and maintain a fully operational bar, including coffee stations and equipment, before each service.
- Collaborate with management on stock checks and audits to ensure accountability.
Main Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a seasoned Barman in a high-end environment.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including late shifts, with reliable transportation.
- Genuine passion for delivering world-class hospitality and beverage experiences.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, capable of connecting with diverse cultures.
- Strong customer service orientation, with a focus on building lasting guest relationships.
