SUMMARY:
The primary objective in this role is to comply with all mandatory requirements, manage internal and external customers and deliver excellent customer service for the DJ Diners group.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

 

KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

 

 

Performance Outputs

Key Performance Area

  • Responsible for cash shortages and will be required to pay in any cash shortage                      
  • Responsible for the cash and cash balancing of takings                                               
  • Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies                                                      
  • Stock taking on a regular basis in order to maintain correct stock levels                                   
  • Placing of order in order to keep the bar stocked up                                                               
  • Prepare alcohol or non-alcohol beverages for bar and branch patrons                                      
  • Responsible for all related administration and paperwork including cash handover document
  • Paperwork for transfer of money                                                                              
  • Safety and security of all company assets including taking cash under his/her control    
  • Ensure that the bar area is clean and presentable for MWOS customers and staff                     
  • Providing an efficient quality customer service                                                                       
  • Ensure communication skills are good in order to provide information to staff and customers clearly and concisely           
  • Ensuring that breach in policy is reported to the Branch/Regional/HR Manager             
  • Supports continuity among work teams by documenting & communicating actions, irregularities, and continuing needs
