SUMMARY:
About the role:
The main duties and responsibilities of the role are to assist the Financial Accountant with accounting capturing work,
preparation of transaction documentation, preparation of accounting reports and reconciliation of accounts.
Stipend: R8,000 to R10,000
Location: Sandton

POSITION INFO:
Job functions – duties and responsibilities.

Main tasks:

• Daily capturing of Cashbook, Customer transactions and supplier transactions.
• Ensure accurate and timeous billing to Customers.
• Manage incoming payment requests.
• Prepare payment packs and load payments on bank.
• Preparation of supplier reconciliations.
• Assist with year-end audit preparation and queries as required.
• Ensure all excess funds are transferred to the call account by COB.
• Update management with daily bank balances
• Liaise and resolve supplier queries.
• Assist with SARS queries as requested by the accountants.
• Bank Card Transactions – collect slips for month end capturing.
• Manual and electronic filing of bank statements, supplier invoices and supplier statements.
• Assist with customer collections and attend to attend to customer queries.
• Ad- hoc finance related queries.

• South African Unemployed youth not over the age of 35.
• Currently unemployed.
