Beauty School Branch Manager/Lecturer

Salary:                   R18 000 – R20 000 per month

Description of Position:
Our dynamic beauty school is looking for a team leader to ensure the school is managed well from conducting student interview, recruiting of prospective students and building the school to new and successful levels.  Marketing and great communication skills is of utmost importance, someone who is driven to lead a successful team of lecturers.
Every year we explore new opportunities / income streams to boost revenue, including new courses, workshops, additional services and retail opportunities. The ideal candidate will a person who understands continuous improvement and will actively pursue ways to improve our offering and performance. They would have an entrepreneurial spirit, understand the drivers of profitability, and be comfortable with leading change.
 
Requirements:
Branch Manager must be a natural leader and dependable.
Be able to operate independently and take ownership of the success of the branch.
Individual should be mature with leadership experience.
The person must be able to harness the collective input of strong colleagues (sometimes with differing viewpoints) and foster an environment of common purpose that is challenging.
Lecture from time to time so a formal Health and Skin Care Qualification is needed. 
Manage finance and administration. 
Marketing and onboarding of new learners.
Highest level of discipline and work ethics
 
Working Hours:
5-day a week post which will include some Saturdays swapped out for a weekday.
 
Qualifications:
Health and Skin Care, preferably a 3 – 4 Year Qualification
Lecturing experience
Assessors and Moderators courses completed
Marketing background
Management Experience
