BEAUTY THERAPIST

SEA POINT - Atlantic Seaboard, Western Cape (ZA)

START: A.S.A.P / January 2025

TRADING HOURS & SHIFTS

• Monday – Saturday 
• Sundays - CLOSED

REPORT TO: Manager

SALARY & COMPANY BENEFITS:

• R8,500 - R11,000 Basic Salary per month (based on skills desired)
• 10% Service Commission 
• 10% Retail Commission 
• Tiered performance bonuses

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

1. South African citizen OR valid working permit for employment in SA (we do not offer permits)
2. Internationally accredited qualification in Health & Skin Care / Beauty Therapy / Somatology / Cosmetology / Beauty Specialist
3. Beautifully groomed, manicured and presentable
4. Have reliable transport into Sea Point or reside within vicinity
5. Strong team dynamic - we are a family unit and support each other
6. Excellent client rapport & retention abilities
7. Retail confident - able to prescribe relevant home care and maintenance following your treatment
8. Confident performing premium skin care services and beauty treatments

EXPERIENCE:

1. At least 2+ years employment experience in salon or spa
2. Confidence working in a fast-paced environment with demanding clients
3. Cruise Ship experience is highly beneficial
4. Confident performing all standard SKIN CARE & BEAUTY SERVICES including

• - Facials & Skin Care (Peels included)
• - Waxing & Hair Removal (Face & Body)
• - Standard Grooming services (Tinting & Shaping)
• - Bonus skills will boost your salary
