SUMMARY:
With a growing presence in German-speaking markets, they are seeking a talented bilingual professional to enhance their financial and administrative operations.

POSITION INFO:

Key Responsibilities

Finance Administration:

Generate and manage invoices, ensuring accuracy for both German and English-speaking clients.
Oversee accounts receivable and payable, including payment follow-ups and reconciliations.
Support basic bookkeeping tasks and prepare financial reports as needed.
Maintain and update financial records in compliance with company policies.

Client Support:

Act as a point of contact for German-speaking clients regarding financial queries and documentation.
Translate financial documents, invoices, and correspondence between German and English as required.
Coordinate with the finance team to resolve client account issues effectively.

Administrative Tasks:

Organize and maintain digital and physical financial records.
Assist in preparing and updating financial procedures and policies.
Handle ad-hoc administrative tasks to support the team.

Qualifications & Skills

Language Proficiency:

Native or fluent German speaker with excellent English skills (written and spoken).

Education:

Diploma or degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field (preferred).

Experience:

Proven experience in administration or finance-related roles.
Familiarity with accounting software and tools (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero) is an advantage.

Key Skills:

Strong and accurate accounting/finance skills.
Excellent credit control work ethic with the ability to remain friendly yet firm.
Proactive and highly organized with strong attention to detail.
Driven to complete tasks efficiently and effectively.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
