Binder & Outsourced Claims Specialist

SUMMARY:
My Short Term Insurance Client in Bedfordview is looking for a Binder & Outsourced Claims specialist. 
You will be responsible to validate and process short-term insurance claims following a fortuitous event. Working in close partnership with an allocated portfolio of brokers, you will specifically make claims validation decisions on complex and high-value claims that exceed the borkers' mandate.

POSITION INFO:
Minimum requirements:

• Matric (essential)
• RE 5
• FETC in Short-Term Insurance
• Higher Certificate in Short Term insurance
• Class of Business Personal Lines & Commercial Lines
• FAIS fit & Proper
• Marine & Engineering knowledge is highly advantageous
• 5-7 years relevant work experience in claims Motor & Non-Motor Commercial Y Personal Lines. Worked for an insurer or underwriting manager. 
• Mandate should exceed R100 000
