SUMMARY:
Our client based in the Polokwane area and operating in the Oil Manufacturing Industry is currently seeking a Boiler Operator.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Roles and Responsibilities: 
  • Adhere to Health and Safety regulations
  • Maintain safe work practices and good housekeeping in the boiler plant.
  • Boiler start-up and maintain steam pressure at all time
  • Check the water softener and ensure its functional
  • General plant inspection, steam leaks, air leaks, abnormal vibrations
  • General Housekeeping for the boiler plant

Minimum Requirements: 
  • Grade 12/Matric 
  • Relevant Qualification or Certification is preferred (Boiler operation etc.)
  • At least 3-5 years’ experience in boiler plant operation
  • A clear criminal record.
