POSITION INFO:
Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Refurbishment Projects: Manage and resolve issues in all production areas to ensure seamless workflow and prevent delays.
• Collaborate for Success: Work closely with various departments including Engineering, Production, and Sales to develop and implement solutions for continuous improvements.
• Lead Crucial Meetings: Drive Pre-Production and Checkpoint meetings to ensure every stage of production is optimized and aligned with quality standards.
• Master the Tank Container Process: Leverage your knowledge of the manufacturing and refurbishment of tank containers to make an immediate impact.
• Analyze and Interpret Technical Documentation: Utilize your technical expertise to ensure high-quality execution on all projects.

• Qualified Artisan (e.g., Boilermaker) with at least 5 years of manufacturing experience.
• Experience with Tank Containers, industry regulations, and operations is highly beneficial.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, project management, and collaboration skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office to manage tasks efficiently and effectively.
• Willingness to work at heights, in confined spaces, and commit to overtime and shift work as required.
