Boilermaker: Tooling and Moulds

SUMMARY:
My client is looking for a Boilermaker with very good experience in Tooling and Moulds. To support production and new product development by ensuring the timeous manufacture of glass making tools, templates, jigs and fixtures for the manufacturing process to support the strategic plan.

AUTOMOTIVE INDUSTRY

Qualification

• Welding Certificate
• Relevant Trade Test
• Grade 12 with Maths & Science

Knowledge

• Understanding of 3D drawings
• Geometric Knowledge
• Experience in use of drilling machines, grinders & metal benders Understanding of Health & Safety Act
• Knowledge of problem solving techniques (5 Ys)
• Arc Welding

Skills

• 3 years work experience in tooling or metal shop environment  
• Pneumatic experience
• Experience in automotive industry
• 2 years experience in a manufacturing environment.
