POSITION INFO:
Minimum requirements:

• Available to start 1 March 2025
• Proficiency in bond registration processes with major banks (e.g., Standard Bank, ABSA and Nedbank) 
• Familiarity with conveyancing software (e.g., GhostConvey or LexisConvey)
• Requires a candidate that is fluent in Afrikaans 
• Proven experience as a Bonds Secretary in a conveyancing environment 
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet deadlines
